Wash the quick-frozen shrimps (they are all cleaned by Haosha line, if you don’t do it yourself).

Spread evenly with a small amount of starch and a small amount of salt and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Add an appropriate amount of starch to the marinated shrimp and dilute it with water to form a batter (if it is sticky, it can be hung on the shrimp).

The oil temperature is 170-180 degrees medium-high, and add the battered shrimps.

When fried, there will be a hard shell on the surface and it will turn golden. Take it out and control the oil.

Sprinkle salt, pepper and dried basil leaves over the surface while it's still hot (optional).
