  1. Wash the quick-frozen shrimps (they are all cleaned by Haosha line, if you don’t do it yourself).

  2. Spread evenly with a small amount of starch and a small amount of salt and marinate for about 10 minutes.

  3. Add an appropriate amount of starch to the marinated shrimp and dilute it with water to form a batter (if it is sticky, it can be hung on the shrimp).

  4. The oil temperature is 170-180 degrees medium-high, and add the battered shrimps.
