In my hometown, worshiping gods requires something to eat. My mother made this to worship. It’s really delicious. I remember my mother’s taste!

Ingredients: slice the sweet potatoes into thin slices that will make them easier to cook

Raw materials, flour

Mix the flour into a batter and make it thin, but not too thin

Pour oil into the pot and heat it until it is 50% hot. You can test it with bamboo chopsticks

Dip sweet potato slices into batter

Deep-fried

When all the sweet potato slices are floating, turn them over and continue frying

Poke the sweet potato with a toothpick to see if it is soft. Once it is soft, it is ready to eat

You can do this with purple sweet potatoes too!
