Potato omelet minced egg
Overview
The potato omelette is supposed to be round like an egg pancake, but I felt that the whole thing had to be torn apart, and it was inconvenient for the family to pull it back and forth, so I fried it into pieces in a wok and named it potato omelette. The taste did not change, but it was much more convenient.
