Overview
I still had some of the wolfberry soy milk I grinded in the morning, and I was wondering what to do with it. I happened to have sausages at home, so I made this soy milk sausage roll with noodles. It’s great for breakfast

Home-ground wolfberry soy milk

Mix flour and yeast, add soy milk and knead into a smooth dough, cover with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place to ferment

Fermented dough

Take the dough out and place it on a chopping board. Knead it thoroughly to deflate the air and divide it into small doughs weighing 50g

Roll each small piece of dough into a long strip

Cut the sausage into two pieces and wrap the noodles around the sausage

Wrapped sausage rolls

Place in a steamer lined with a drawer cloth for secondary fermentation

When it has doubled in size, steam it in a pot with cold water over high heat for about 15 minutes, then steam for another 3-5 minutes with the lid off
