Steps
-
Put sugar, salt and liquid ingredients into the bread bucket, then add bread flour, milk powder and yeast.
-
Mix them into a flocculent shape, start the "dough kneading" program, knead into a ball, add butter and continue kneading until a rough film is formed and then proceed to basic fermentation. While the carrots are fermenting, grind them in a food processor.
-
After completing the basic fermentation, deflate the dough and knead it evenly, add an appropriate amount of grated carrots, knead it evenly again, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for 10 minutes.
-
After proofing, divide the dough into 20 equal portions and place them on baking sheets to prepare for secondary fermentation.
-
Put it into the oven to complete the secondary fermentation, and it is already plump!
-
Brush the surface with sugar water and sprinkle with a little coconut.
-
Place in the middle and lower racks of the oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
-
After baking, let it cool naturally. When it is about the same temperature as your hand, put it into a food bag and seal it for storage. Eat it as soon as possible without adding any additives!
