Cream Sandwich Cookies
Overview
I have loved eating biscuits since I was a child, especially sandwich biscuits. I really can’t resist them. In order to lose weight after giving birth to Zai Zai, I didn’t dare to touch biscuits for a long time. Now, I occasionally get greedy and buy some to sharpen my teeth. However, I am a little tired of eating the sweet and greasy filling. I might as well make my own and add the rich milky cream. The taste is really delicious.

Put the butter, eggs and sugar into a bowl, beat them evenly with a whisk, then add the flour and baking soda

Knead into a uniform dough

Roll the kneaded dough into thin sheets and cut into rectangular pieces with wavy scissors
