Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients
-
Boil a pot of water, add the water to blanch the ribs, and take them out
-
Rinse with clean water, put into the pot, add cold water, cooking wine, green onion, ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium to low heat for about 45 minutes
-
Drain and set aside after simmering. Keep the soup for later use
-
Take a wok, pour a little more oil than usual for cooking, add the ribs and stir-fry
-
Fry the ribs until both sides are golden and take them out (the frying time should not be too long as the meat will become hard)
-
Leave some oil in the pot, add rock sugar and stir-fry for a few times
-
Add 4-5 teaspoons of white vinegar, one teaspoon of light soy sauce, and then add an appropriate amount of pork rib soup
-
Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over medium-low heat for about 10-15 minutes
-
When only half of the soup is left, add white sesame seeds and stir-fry, then add a small spoonful of salt and chicken essence to taste, reduce the juice over high heat, and let the soup completely coat the ribs
-
Sweet and sour, with the strong aroma of sesame seeds...
