Fried carrots with minced garlic
Overview
After people reach middle age, their physiological functions gradually decline, and aging occurs quietly, making them prone to blurred vision. To prevent cataracts, middle-aged and elderly people can eat more carrots. Carrots are rich in vitamin A, which can promote the metabolism of epithelial cells in the conjunctiva, improve the function of goblet cells, and reduce the condition of excessive tears in the elderly.
