Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion when oil is hot. Add 2 eggs and beat quickly.

Add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry evenly. Add salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes and then add a spoonful of lard to add flavor.

Add the cut shredded biscuits, stir-fry for 5 minutes, and serve.
