Steps
-
For ribs, choose ribs, chop into small pieces and soak in water for half an hour.
-
Peel off the skin of the iron rod yam, cut it into hob pieces, and soak it in water. (Note: Wear disposable gloves when peeling yam, or apply some oil on your hands, otherwise your hands will be itchy. If they are itchy, wash them with vinegar to relieve the itching.)
-
Prepare rice noodles. You can also make the finished product you bought yourself.
-
Slice onion and ginger and soak in warm water for a while.
-
Marinate the soaked pork ribs with a small amount of soy sauce, oil, cooking wine, sugar, onion and ginger for 20 minutes. Because steamed pork rice noodles are inherently salty, there is no need to add salt.
-
Mix the yam with salt and sesame oil to increase the base flavor.
-
Add the marinated pork ribs to the rice noodles and stir evenly. Marinate for 10 minutes.
-
Spread the yam on the bottom of the plate and place the ribs on top.
-
Steam in a pot. After the water boils, turn on medium heat for 1 hour and then take it out of the pot.
