Pan-fried tofu
Overview
I like to eat barbecue, but the stalls outside are unhygienic. Fry your own tofu, sprinkle some cumin, salt and pepper, and black pepper, and you’ll have a delicious barbecue flavor!

Soak the tofu in water and cut into about 5mm thick pieces. Set aside.

Add a little heat to the pan and fry over medium heat.

Flip after about 2 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished product with seasoning powder.
