Xiaobao has had a slight cold these days and her appetite is not very good, so I made this nutritious and easy-to-digest egg custard for her. The delicious prawns paired with the fragrant milk gave the usually inconspicuous egg custard a gorgeous turn and shocked our taste buds.

  1. Crack the eggs into a clean bowl and beat

  4. Pour the sifted milk and egg mixture into a clean bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, put the steamer into the pot after steaming, steam over high heat for 2 minutes, then turn to low heat and steam for about 8 minutes

  5. While steaming the egg custard, we clean the shrimp and pick out the shrimp lines with toothpicks. After the custard is steamed for 8 minutes, the custard is basically solidified. Open the plastic wrap, put the shrimp on the surface of the custard, and then cover the bowl with the plastic wrap
