Shrimp and Yam Pancakes
Overview
Shrimp and yam pancakes are simple and casual to make, but the ingredients are fresh. The shrimps are shelled from fresh shrimps (I don’t like to use frozen products), the carrots have sweetness, and the chopped green onions add fragrance. Although the yam does not have outstanding taste, it is good for health and taste. It is not deliberately shaped into any shape. I just scoop out a spoonful and put it in the frying pan and fry it on both sides. It is already delicious.

Prepare the ingredients, cut the yam and carrot into small pieces, and process them in the microwave until cooked
