Prepare the cabbage and soak it in salt water.

Wash and cut cabbage.

Leave the leaves alone.

Crush the garlic and cut the red pepper into sections.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and red pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Add cabbage stalks and stir-fry.

After the vegetable stems are stir-fried until soft, add the leaves, add appropriate amount of salt and white vinegar and stir-fry evenly.

When the pot is about to start, add some minced green pepper and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat.
