Overview
The hand cakes sold in the market are not as oily as usual. I always want to make soft hand cakes. I have tried some methods and this one today is still good. The crust is soft and the texture is tender!

Prepare the ingredients.

Knead the dough into dough according to the amount of water, oil and pastry and let it rest for a quarter of an hour.

Divide into equal portions.

Wrap the water-oiled skin with puff pastry and wrap it tightly.

Continue to wake up for about ten minutes.

Roll into pancakes.

Roll it up, roll it out again, repeat two or three times.
