Go pick beans.

Pick out the bad ones.

Wash them clean, and you don’t need to soak them in salt water if you grow them yourself.

Let dry.

Boil rice water.

Add 500g of salt to the boiled rice water, stir evenly, and set aside to cool.

Cover with a sealing lid and marinate for three days before eating. It is recommended that you marinate it for half a month before eating it, as the nitrite in it will be reduced.
