Cranberry Christmas Tree Cookies
Overview
On Christmas Eve, I stayed at home and baked a batch of sweet and sour cranberry cookies that I would never tire of eating. I always felt that the red color of cranberries was the color of Christmas. If I had a mold, I could make it into the shape of a Christmas tree, adding a bit of a happy holiday atmosphere to the dining table at home!
