Overview
Soybean sprouts are a nutritious and delicious vegetable, and are a source of protein and vitamins. Soybean sprouts are sweet in taste and cool in nature. They enter the spleen and large intestine meridians; they have the effects of clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, reducing swelling and numbness, removing moles, treating warts, and moisturizing the skin. Wash the soybean sprouts, chop the garlic cloves, and cut the dried chilies and green onions into sections and set aside.
