Cut the cream cheese into small pieces, add caster sugar, and heat over water for 10 minutes to soften

Use an electric mixer to beat until soft and feathery

Add light cream and mix well with an electric mixer at medium speed

Add the whole egg liquid in three batches. Use an electric egg beater to mix at medium speed after each addition. Then add the next batch

Add chopped dried cranberries (leave a few to sprinkle on the surface of the cake)

Pour cheese batter into cupcakes

Pour the cheese batter into the cupcake mold and sprinkle dried cranberries on top

Place the cake mold into a baking pan filled with water

Put it into the preheated oven and bake it on the middle rack at 160℃ for 30 minutes. Take it out to cool and put it in the refrigerator for one hour before eating
