Overview
There are N ways to eat pasta, and one of them is my favorite. You must have never tried the tomato shrimp pasta with okra and green pepper. It has a unique fragrance, is smooth and not greasy, looks delicious and nutritious. Okra contains pectin, lactosan, etc., which can aid digestion, treat gastritis and gastric ulcers, and protect the skin and gastric mucosa. It is known as one of the best health-care vegetables for humans. Green pepper has a low spiciness, a pleasant fragrance, and the effects of warming the body and dispersing cold, lowering qi and eliminating phlegm.
