Old corn and pumpkin porridge
Overview
I bought fresh old corn with golden kernels. I cooked some at home, peeled the kernels and put them in the refrigerator. The two oldest corns were left. One of them was cooked into corn and pumpkin porridge. It was absolutely low in calories and gave me a satiating meal to lose weight.
