Ingredients: pork belly and yam

Wash, peel and cut the yam into cubes for later use

Wash and cut pork belly into pieces

Pour oil into a hot pan, smash the ginger into the pan and stir-fry

Pour in the chopped pork belly and add an appropriate amount of white sugar

Stir-fry continuously until the pork belly is slightly browned

Pour in appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and continue stir-frying

Stir-fry for a while, add hot water, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes

Open the lid, add the yam, mix well and simmer for ten minutes

Just load it into a plate
