Make a small bowl of egg whites (because I have a lot of egg whites left over from other meals.) Add some chopped green onion, cumin powder, salt, and soy sauce, beat well and set aside, and fry the egg whites in oil.

Cut carrots and cucumbers into sections or shreds. Blanch carrots in boiling water for four minutes. Finely chop the red pepper. Heat the pan, add oil and stir-fry the red pepper, add the carrots and stir-fry for a few times, then add the cucumber, salt and soy sauce, pour in the fried egg white, add a little MSG, and call it a day.
