Homemade baby food-chicken floss
Overview
After the baby can eat complementary food, I will think about what to eat for him every day. Unfortunately, the baby is too young and I can’t make any tricks with the food for him. Take your time. There is no need to rush your child’s growth. I have made pork floss several times before but did not follow the tutorial. A friend asked me how to make it, so when I make it again, I will record the process and share it with friends who need it! I just want to say that this is really simple and you can definitely learn it in no time! Moms, let’s take action!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Boil the chicken breasts, add two pieces of ginger, and steam them in an egg steamer.
-
After steaming and letting cool, tear the chicken into small strips (I forgot to take a photo) and place it in the microwave on high heat for one minute to remove most of the water.
-
Put in blender.
-
Crush it for one to two minutes until it is ready for the baby to eat. I didn’t crush it enough this time because the baby can eat some small granular food.
-
Pour it out on a cutting board to dry for a while
-
Place in a food supplement box and store in the refrigerator. (I put it in the refrigerator after making it before, and it will go bad before eating, so it must be frozen!) It is also in powder form after freezing, which does not affect its use.
