Braised chicken wings
Overview
Chicken is one of the favorite foods on the dining table for both children and adults. Today I want to share with you a delicious braised chicken wings. Wash the chicken, cut into two or three cuts on each side, add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, dark soy sauce and ginger slices and marinate for about 10 minutes. (After marinating, use kitchen paper to absorb or control the moisture)

Then mix cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, pepper and appropriate amount of water to make a sauce and set aside.
