Grilled King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
Pleurotus eryngii is rich in nutrients and delicious. It is delicious no matter how you cook it. I have made dry-fried king oyster mushrooms before and I will try grilling them today. They are also delicious. Compared with fried and baked, all the ingredients are the same, but frying consumes more oil than roasting, and roasting is healthier. In addition, roasting is easier to prepare. You don’t have to worry about setting the temperature after putting it in the oven. The process of frying is different. You have to watch the flipping, smell the smoke, adjust the heat at any time, and finally wash the pot. Therefore, roasting king oyster mushrooms saves time and effort, tastes no less than fried ones, and has less oil and is healthier!
