1. 1 Add sago to boiling water and cook until it becomes a little white. Turn off the heat and simmer until it is completely transparent. Rinse with cold water and set aside

   

2. 2 Mango base ingredients

   

3. 3 Put mango pulp, coconut milk, evaporated milk, fructose, and ice cubes together and blend into a puree

   

4. 4 Pour into a cup and sprinkle with sago, grapefruit and mango slices
