Clean the squid and cut into strips.

Beat eggs, flour and bread crumbs in a shallow dish. (Forgot to take the breadcrumbs, please forgive me!)

Put vegetable oil in the pot and turn on medium heat (if using an induction cooker, set the temperature to 180°C). When the oil is hot, wrap the squid one by one in a thin layer of flour, then coat with egg liquid, then coat with a layer of bread crumbs, and finally put it in the pot and fry until golden brown, remove and serve on a plate. Fried squid can be dipped in tomato sauce, salad dressing or salt and pepper. If you can't control the heat well, you can first put in a wrapped squid to test the temperature. If the squid floats immediately after being put into the pot, it means that the oil temperature has reached 180°C and is ready for frying.
