Braised pork ribs
Overview
Braised pork ribs, in my daughter’s words, means boiling the pork ribs in white water. A very simple soup dish, but also an extremely delicious soup dish. There is no seasoning added to the stewed ribs. You only need to bring a small dish of soy sauce to dip the cooked ribs in. Add a few vegetables to the soup and a little pepper. Eat the ribs and drink the soup. This is my daughter’s favorite way to eat ribs.
