Snacks - seaweed inflatable rice crackers
Overview
Seaweed is roasted seaweed, with a crisp and tender texture that melts in your mouth. Especially after seasoning, adding oil, salt and other seasonings, it turns into a particularly delicious seaweed. Seaweed concentrates various B vitamins in seaweed, especially rich in riboflavin and niacin, as well as a lot of vitamin A and vitamin E, and a small amount of vitamin C. Seaweed contains about 15% of minerals, including potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, etc., which are necessary to maintain normal physiological functions. Among them, selenium and iodine are especially rich. These minerals can help the human body maintain the acid-base balance of the body, are beneficial to the growth and development of children, and are also helpful for the elderly to delay aging.

Steps
-
Ingredients: flour, seaweed.
-
First fry the seaweed into small pieces.
-
Put in food processor and grind into pieces.
-
No need to break it into pieces.
-
Put flour, seaweed powder, salt, pepper powder and vegetable oil (30g) in a bowl.
-
Knead the dough and let it rise for 20 minutes (the dough must be hard).
-
Roll out the rested dough into thin sheets.
-
Cut into thin strips first with a corrugated knife.
-
Then cut into small pieces (the size depends on your preference, but I personally feel that the smaller it is, the cuter it is).
-
Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pot, heat the oil to 70% heat, put in the dough and fry it. When it puffs up, turn it over quickly and fry until golden brown and take it out.
