Take the leaf part of water spinach and wash it.

Cut preserved eggs into small pieces.

Mince the ginger and garlic and add oil to the pot.

Add preserved eggs and fry lightly.

The preserved eggs should be fried until the center becomes dry and the surface becomes grainy.

Add ginger and garlic and fry briefly until fragrant.

Put water.

Wait until the water turns into white soup.

Add the green cabbage leaves and continue cooking.

Boil the water again, add chicken essence, remove from the pot, and start eating!
