Mashed potato pizza
Overview
[Mashed Potato Pizza] A gorgeous upgrade of mashed potatoes. I love tossing potatoes because I love to eat them. I've been really fond of making pizza lately, maybe because I love eating it. Try making different flavors of pizza and you'll always be pleasantly surprised. I have experimented with countless ways to eat potatoes and sausages. I still use these two ingredients today, but they are going to be made into pizza. Every new creation is based on that expectation, and the results are mostly satisfying. This is of course the biggest motivation for unlimited innovation. Okay, let’s get down to business. Recently I tried a new method of mashed potatoes. I borrowed the rice cooker at home, which saves time, worry and effort. It is really convenient. After dinner, wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes, add a little water or milk, use our small rice steaming pot, turn on the rice button (the amount of water will vary depending on the pot, try to adjust), the program ends and the power is turned off. When you get up every two days in the morning, pour out the potato cubes, and you will have mashed potatoes in a few clicks. You can do whatever you want. Ingredients: 200 grams of flour, 120 grams of milk powder, 20 grams of sugar, 10 grams of salt, 3 grams of olive oil, 10 grams of olive oil (you can use a bread machine to make the dough, or you can knead the dough well before going to bed at night and put it on a damp cloth to let it rise naturally. You can use it when you wake up the next morning. If you don’t know how to make dough, please let me know, or read my previous blog) Filling: Mashed potatoes, pizza sauce, sausage, mozzarella cheese Method:
