Rinse the shrimp and drain the water. Cut into green and red pepper cubes, celery cubes and minced leeks. Set aside.

Put the shrimp into a colander, sprinkle in a small amount of starch, and shake the colander to evenly coat the shrimp with a thin layer of starch.

Place the starch-coated shrimps into a pan over medium-high heat and fry.

Fry until the shell is crispy, remove and drain.

Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the green and red peppers and minced celery, add the fried shrimps and minced leeks and stir-fry.

Finally, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of pepper, salt and cooked sesame seeds, stir well and serve.
