Toothpick meat is similar to a smaller version of skewers from a barbecue restaurant. The only difference is that the production method is different. One is grilled and the other is fried. The taste is similar. It is clean and hygienic when you make it yourself, so you can eat it with confidence

Wash the tenderloin

Cut into thick slices first, then cut into strips

Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, sugar, starch, cumin powder, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes, mince onion, ginger and garlic
