Pan roast
Overview
The fresh pork is marinated without any seasonings, grilled with a little salt, and slowly fried using the fat of the pork belly until it becomes brown and crispy. Wrap a mouthful of hot five-grain rice with crispy lettuce, add fragrant barbecue, and a little green onion to relieve greasiness. Well... the taste is really wonderful!
