  1. The pork belly should be delicious if it has fat and lean skin.

  2. Boil the meat under cold water

  4. Add pork belly and stir-fry over high heat

  5. Stir-fry until golden brown on both sides

  7. Mix well so that the meat is evenly coated with sugar color

  8. Add a little dark soy sauce and light soy sauce to adjust the color

  9. Add boiling water to a casserole, add minced meat and star anise, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly

  10. Simmer until the soup thickens, add chili pepper, and continue to simmer the quail eggs for 15 minutes
