Steps
-
Cut the salmon pieces into appropriate size with a knife, about 1 cm thick, easy to fry through, add salt and olive oil, mix well, and grind in black pepper.
-
Peel the potatoes.
-
Cut into thin strips, add salt, black pepper and flour and mix well.
-
Pour oil into the pan and heat it up, drain out all the excess oil. If it is a non-stick pan, just pour the oil in. Add the fish pieces and don't move them.
-
Turn over later after setting. Fry both sides until fragrant.
-
Remove salmon from pan.
-
Put the hash browns in the pan, not too many and not too neatly, just feel free to do so. Fry over low heat until fragrant.
-
Flip and fry until it gets an attractive roasted color.
-
Take the hash browns out of the pan and put them on the plate together with the salmon. Garnish with lemon slices. Lime is the best. There is no need to leave it like this. Garnish with mint leaves and top with yogurt. It is ready to eat.
