I made this together with my best friend. We all loved eating it. We couldn’t stop eating and chatting while watching TV!

Prepare chicken feet, ginger, green onions and star anise

Prepare minced garlic and chili

Boil water in a pot, add ingredients from step 1, and pour cooking wine. Wait until chopsticks can penetrate the chicken feet and take them out.

Take out the chicken feet and put them into the prepared ice water. Rinse several times and take out the chicken feet when they are cool.

Add minced garlic and appropriate amount of chili pepper

Add a spoonful of white vinegar

Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, not too much, otherwise it will be very salty
