  1. Prepare chicken feet, ginger, green onions and star anise

  2. Prepare minced garlic and chili

  3. Boil water in a pot, add ingredients from step 1, and pour cooking wine. Wait until chopsticks can penetrate the chicken feet and take them out.

  4. Take out the chicken feet and put them into the prepared ice water. Rinse several times and take out the chicken feet when they are cool.

  5. Add minced garlic and appropriate amount of chili pepper

  6. Add a spoonful of white vinegar

  7. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, not too much, otherwise it will be very salty

  8. Stir evenly, once every half hour, stir several times. Ready to eat when it tastes delicious! It tastes better when chilled, come and share!
