Brine shrimp
Overview
It's so hot that I'm covered in sweat even if I move casually. I don't have the patience to cook anymore. I just try to make it as simple as possible. The lively prawns are authentic and delicious using the simplest method. If I dip them in some mature vinegar, my appetite will obviously be much better.
