Mustard Duner has been famous for a long time. It is said that its characteristics are sour, sweet, spicy, crisp and punchy. Very curious, but neglected to try. It just so happens that cabbage dumplings and mustard are both readily available, so we can make them in small quantities. There's a lot of mustard, so it's really sour and refreshing, and it has a bit of a punch, but it's still not as good as Sichuan dishes. . .
