Prepare the ingredients and wash the red dates.

Peel the red dates and cut them into small pieces. Put the egg yolk, corn oil and milk into the juicer.

Add red dates as well, beat into a date paste and set aside.

Beat the egg whites into fish-eye foam and add 1/3 brown sugar.

Continue to beat until the volume increases and add 1/3 brown sugar.

Beat until wet and foamy, with small curved hooks.

Pour the date paste into the egg whites and stir with a spatula.

Mix low-gluten flour and baking powder, pour into jujube paste and mix well.

Pour into oiled low mold.

Bake the oven at 160℃ for 40 minutes and 140℃ for 40 minutes.
