Overview
I put rye flour into this bread embryo. The nutritional benefits of rye have been introduced before, so I won’t go into details here. Winter health care is everywhere, even desserts must be healthy.

Put all the ingredients except butter into a stainless steel bowl in the order of liquid first, then powder, and finally yeast on top

Put it into the mold for secondary fermentation. After fermentation, preheat the oven to 180° and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes. If the color is too dark, cover it with tin foil
