Wash and cut the chicken feet into pieces, put them in a pot and run them through hot water first, then wash them, then add ginger slices and rice wine to the pot and cook (usually for ten minutes).

While the chicken feet are cooking, prepare the ingredients for soaking the chicken feet: take a large bowl, put half a bowl of cold boiled water (note: it must be cold, or ice water will work), a little vinegar, a little light soy sauce, a little salt, a little sugar, cut some small red peppers into sections, and cut a lemon into pieces.

Pick up the cooked chicken feet, put them into the prepared cold soup, soak them for two hours and you can eat them!
