Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients: flour, butter, yeast, durian pulp, cheese, a little salt
-
Melt the yeast in warm water and add it to the flour little by little. Use chopsticks to stir the flour into a flocculent form. Add an appropriate amount of salt to the flour
-
Use your hands to knead the flour into a smooth dough
-
The dough will rise after an hour. If the weather is cold, the fermentation time of the dough will be longer. Use your fingers to poke a hole in the dough. If the dough does not shrink back, it means the dough has risen
-
Knead the dough and make it into a pizza base
-
Preheat the pan over low heat without adding oil, put in the cake base, and then use a fork to poke some holes in it. The heat must be low, otherwise the high heat will easily burn the cake base
-
Sprinkle grated cheese evenly on the cake
-
Use a spoon to crush the durian pulp into puree
-
The cheese starts to melt
-
Spread the durian pulp evenly on top with a spoon
-
Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese on the durian pulp
