Defrost the palm treasure, wash it several times, and control the moisture.

Add a bag of Orleans marinade, two eggs, onions, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and cooking oil to the palm and mix well.

Marinate Zhongzhongbao for about an hour to enhance the flavor.

Soak the bamboo skewers in boiling water for 15 minutes. The bamboo skewers will not burn easily when grilled.

Put the pickled palm treasure on a bamboo skewer. The palm treasure is more difficult to wear, so be careful to poke your hand.

Preheat the oven in advance to 220°C, place the cakes on the baking grid, place a layer of tin foil on the bottom, and bake for 10 minutes on the middle and upper layers.

Brush with oil and continue baking for 2 minutes.

After turning over, brush with a layer of oil and bake for 8 minutes.

Sprinkle barbecue seasonings on both sides.
