Prepare all ingredients

Beat the eggs, add brown sugar and mix well

Pour in the prepared blended oil (can use corn oil, soybean oil, etc.)

Add chopped dates and soak for five minutes

Then sift in the cornstarch and mix the flour evenly

Then divide it into two parts, wrap them in oil paper and roll them into thin slices (1CM thick). Freeze them in the refrigerator for one hour, then take them out and cut them into strips
