Purple passion
Overview
I usually like to make pancakes for my baby, and wrap them with Sansi or whatever I like. You can also use flour to make the crust, or you can use egg crust. Because I have made colorful glutinous rice balls and the colors are attractive, I suddenly wanted to change the same color of pancakes. So here comes purple!

Shred carrots, shred green peppers, shred lettuce heads, and mung bean sprouts

Soak dried kelp, cut into shreds and cook

Shredded purple cabbage

Blend purple cabbage into juice in a food processor

Add appropriate amount of flour and purple cabbage juice to make a batter. The consistency is so good that when you scoop it up with a spoon, the paste will flow down continuously

Fry all the chopped shreds until cooked and set aside. I didn’t take pictures of this step because it’s simple

Fry the dough in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan. This step also omits taking photos and focuses on the text. Fry the dough over low heat, then wrap the fried vegetables in the dough and roll into small rolls. After all the dough rolls are done, cut them in the middle with a knife and place them on a plate. Arrange the remaining shredded vegetables on the plate.
