Steamed dumplings
Overview
Yesterday, I suddenly wanted to eat steamed dumplings, but I seemed to have never heard of any delicious steamed dumplings in Beijing, so I decided to make them myself. The most important thing is that I have recently fallen in love with cooking. Being able to share the joy of food with everyone has rekindled my passion for cooking. Probably the most delicious thing is home-cooked food!

grams of flour, about 100 ml of boiling water (this amount can be adjusted by yourself when kneading the dough, steamed dumplings must be hot) and one egg. I knead the dough with a bread machine and keep the dough resting (within half an hour) while preparing other fillings.

Place the fillings according to your preference and determine the size of the steamed dumplings

Bring water to a boil, steam for 15 minutes, and remove from the pot.
