Fried shredded radish meatballs
Overview
Recalling my childhood, I always stood by the frying pan, waiting for my father to take out the fried pan and fry it. Shredded radish meatballs are my favorite. The tender green onions on the outside and the sweetness of radish on the inside are enough to satisfy your cravings at that age. Now that I do it occasionally, I feel really happy!

Shred the radish into a ball, press and dehydrate, and leave a small bowl of the pickled radish water to increase the humidity during preparation.
-
Add pepper, potato starch and a little chicken essence to taste. If you like meaty flavor, you can add your favorite minced meat. Because it is salted, there is generally no need to add salt.

Pour into the heated oil pan and fry

Fry until golden brown and serve. The outside is charred and the inside is sticky and soft, and has a delicious taste.
