Overview

The first time I saw this cake was in the TV series My Name is Kim Sam Soon. I was immediately attracted by its appearance, and I have been itching to make this cake. Years later I bought this mold and finally made my first madeleine, it was a little too dark but tasted great! Baking time 20 minutes, temperature 170 degrees

  1. Add powdered sugar to eggs and stir until dissolved

  5. Apply a layer of butter in the mold in advance, then sprinkle it evenly with flour, shake off the even flour, pour the batter into a piping bag, and squeeze it into the mold until it is 80% full
